A good goood friend of mine, killer blogger and fellow DJ, Nadia A.M. needed some photographic assistance on a fashion assignment and me, being the chivalrous awesome guy that I am, stepped up to help out.

The concept shoot for her line, Stereo:Type, is focused on the spontaniety and contrast of the entire look. The philosophy of the brand focuses on the lifestyle and personality of the wearer. The clothes ENHANCES the wearers personality and should not be GIVING a personality to the wearer. Wow. Thats some deep shit.

Taken off the latest installment of the Kitsune Maison compailation series.

Being middle class and Scandinavian prepares one for a bleak future. Another new signee discovered by Diplo.. Maluca is next up on Mad Decent's roster and down at SXSW. With very strong Baile Funk, Carioca, Tropical House and Ghetto House influences in her work, she's already got one killer tune out -- El Tigeraso, produced by Diplo himself - which you can check out on her myspace. I have a feeling Mad Decent's found a gem with this one, and shes got crazy remixes from Feadz, Gant Man, Nguzu Nguzu and Toadally Krossed Out.

Major Lazer is a fictional cartoon character, who fought as a Jamaican commando who lost his arm in a secret zombie war in 1984. He fights vampires and various monsters, parties hard, and has a rocket powered skateboard.

Made up of DJs Diplo and Switch, the two were introduced after working with M.I.A.. The duo's first album, Guns Don't Kill People...Lazers Do was released on June 16, 2009 on Downtown Records. It was recorded in Jamaica at Tuff Gong Studios. Vocalists such as Santigold, Vybz Cartel, Ward 21, Busy Signal, Nina Sky, Amanda Blank, Mr. Vegas, Turbulence, Mapei, T.O.K, Prince Zimboo, Leftside and others contribute guest vocals to the album, as well as additional production from Afro Jack and Crookers. [3] This is the first release to come out of the label partnership between Downtown Records and Diplo's label Mad Decent.

I've suddenly gone HUGE on raggae, dub, carioce and dancehall and these guys are just the ticket. ENJOY!

to hear it..." It is kind of hilarious in some spots, but this
would still kill in the club."

Limited edition, hand-stamped white labels featuring Diplo's
"Drums of Death" remix of Peter, Bjorn & John's indie rock barn
burner, "Young Folks." Dud-Duh-Diplo takes this one
all over the place, starting with those drums of death and a
