Introducing Maluca. Reowr.
Another new signee discovered by Diplo.. Maluca is next up on Mad Decent's roster and down at SXSW. With very strong Baile Funk, Carioca, Tropical House and Ghetto House influences in her work, she's already got one killer tune out -- El Tigeraso, produced by Diplo himself - which you can check out on her myspace. I have a feeling Mad Decent's found a gem with this one, and shes got crazy remixes from Feadz, Gant Man, Nguzu Nguzu and Toadally Krossed Out.
You can check a mini profile with her on the Fader website (alont with an exclusive track which I'VE GOT) and i have a very good feeling we'll be banging to her tracks in clubs around K.L. soon.
